Default Nancy- the worst original girl?

I'd say Nancy was the worst original girl on the show. She was such a space cadet! Cindy and Molly would probably tie. I did like Sue Ann. I read on a FOL fansite that they almost kept her because she and Blair played off each other well, but they decided to ditch her and bring in Jo.

First of all, who in their normal mind would believe that Tootie would have reliable I.Q. test scores stating that Nancy was the smartest girl in the school? They all must have had low I.Q's to start with if all the girls believed that!!

I also read on a FOL site that Nancy/Felice was the first girl hired for the series, and the first one fired.

Yeah, I heard that about Felice(Nancy). Ouch, that had to hurt.

I thought Nancy was expendable. Blair was a similar, but far more interesting character.

And the same thing can be said for Molly and Tootie.

Sue Ann was the most interesting. I liked her the best out of all the fired girls. Should of kept her, but I think ultimately they made the right call in adding Jo and Nancy McKeon, but one could say that Sue Ann could have been molded to be more like Jo (imo).

And I think this speaks volumes about Cindy - I can't even REMEMBER her, LOL. Very vaguely.

The only girl I really liked was Cindy. Sue Ann played off of Blair well, but she was sooo annoying. I am glad they got rid of her. It seems as if Jo was a mix of Cindy and Sue Ann. She played off of Blair well and was the tomboy.

I just can't place Cindy ... LOL.

But I know I liked Sue Ann and Cindy the best of the fired girls.

And yeah, Jo was pretty much, IMO, Sue Ann and Cindy combined together.

Nancy actually got better in season 2 when she was brought back recurring on the show. If she was the worst character and the first one to be fired why did she get the most airtime and appearances out of the girls in season 2 who got terminated after the first season. The producers must of saw potential in her to give her more lines and airtime than cindy or sueann(when the 3 were brought back occasionally)Who could forget the episode where she shoved the ice down blair's chest!

Default Oh Nancy!

God, it seemed as though every episode she was in she was always crying about Roger or something else that came up. Whoo-weee, big crybaby.

BTW, Molly did appear in the The New Girl (Part II) in the cafeteria talking to Tootie.

I think that I liked Cindy the best of the girls in the first season. Sue Ann was more of a snob than Blair was. I liked Blair.

I think that if they actually deserved to be on the second season, they would have been on there. I'm glad Nancy McKeon was added in the second season.

I agree that SUE ANN was the best out of the 4 girls who got fired: she was fun to hang around, a good friend to CINDY, bubbly, energetic & gorgeous!

2d best was CINDY: she had that innocent, naive, fresh look on her, tomboyish but beautiful too!

3d best is NANCY: she was the prettiest of the cast, quite amusing with her talk about "Roger", athletic figure, the tallest of the girls & very expressive too!

MOLLY comes last i m afraid: she had the most annoying voice, rather plain looking (oh i know she blossomed into a very attractive teenager later on),bad acting, babbling too much & had a bad attitude to!

PS: i was talking about the "lost 4 girls", by the way!

And I like their season 8 reunion episode, where they meet Beverly Ann.

I didn t like the " 4 forgotten girls" that much in "LITTLE CHILL" (they had lost their fresh innocence + seem kind of shallow to me the way they treated JO lol). In season 8 + 9 what i like are the intense moments of JO & BLAIR s......
