I know that no one for a second is going to believe this, but if I won alot of money I would give it to cancer research. My high school girlfriend died of cancer and I owe it to her to do whatever I can to help cure this awful disease.

1. Pay off my debts and shred my credit cards
2. Give a few million to my brother since I work for him and would quit my job anyway.
3. Give a few million to my sister since she would be mad that I paid off my brother.
4. Give some to Mom and Dad. I probably owe them millions of dollars anyway.
5. Buy a nice apartment in NYC.
6. Sleep.

Pay off every bill I have, pay my mom back for money I've borrowed, buy my sister a car, and buy myself a house.

College, first of all... then a few cars. I'd love a Mitsibushi Eclipse Spyder, Toyota Celica, Mercedes Benz, etc. Get some sweet systems for them as well.

Then I'd pay off my parent's credit card for them, maybe take a family trip.

Lastly, I'd bank some and give some to an animal-related charity.
