Default The Wait for Season 5 volume 4 DVDs.

Well, we're still waiting for news on season five, so while we're at it, lets discuss what we like about season 5 and what we want the DVDs to be like.

I think so far, the best menu screen has been for disc 3, season four, with the airport setup. Hopefully these type of elaborate menu screens will continue to flourish throughout the rest of the Seinfeld volumes.

The audio and picture are perfect, dont touch a thing!

The extras are great, but I wish they'd include some extras like that would be included on most other DVD Sets. For example, some sets will have more in-depth documentaries, and rare behind-the-scenes odditites and such.

The episodes--- haven't seen much of Seinfeld prior to the DVDs, except a couple of months before buying volumes one and two (which is when I really started to get into the show, Seinfeld), when I watched a good number of late season episodes. But still, a majority of them, I haven't seen and will discover through the DVDs as I did with the first 64 episodes of the series.

However, George becoming a Yankees worker, I know I'll enjoy alot. You gotta love Big Stein.

"BIG STEIN IS WATCHING YOU!"

Enough babbling over "nothing" for me (lol), what do you guys out there in television land think? (in the words of Edward R. Norton.)

Let me make myself clear, I didn't discover all of the first 64 by DVD, some I had seen prior to the DVDs, but I got somethings out of the DVDs for those episodes I couldn't of got out of TV, like the missing 1-2 minutes from each show.

from the looks of things, we're going to get season 6 also, I know in Europe and Asia they're going to be getting seasons 5 and 6 on the same day.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure seasons 5 and 6 are being released together in a new gift set, with a Puffy Shirt episode script and some other stuff I can't remember.

I also heard there will be a miniature Puffy Shirt as well.

I am glad Sony is getting one show done right. The way they're going, seasons 8 and 9 will complete the series in November 2006. So there will be one long-running show we didn't have to wait an eternity to finish on DVD (like Happy Days, which ran 11 seasons, first season came out 3 months prior to Seinfeld and we're still waiting for a season 2 announcement)

Can't wait to finish collecting the whole series. Then I won't have to bother with the TV episodes. My next series to collect will be Night Court, then I'll have my two favorite shows of all time.
