Default "A Day In The Life of Herman."- The Munsters 2.

Fred Gwynne is Herman Munster in "A DAY IN THE LIFE OF HERMAN."- The Munsters 2.


starring Yvonne DeCarlo
Al Lewis
Butch Patrick
Pat Priest
and Paul Lynde as Dr. Edward Dudley

with John Fiedler as the mailman and as Mr. Gateman, John Carradine.

1- "The Checkup."- Eddie checks up with Dr. Dudley.

2- "Open Casket."- Herman interrupts a funeral mass.

3- "The Great Scam of 1966."- Granpa's new friend is a con-artist who has eyes on the Munsters house to use for an illegal motion picture he's planning to film--- until Herman frames him!

4- "Eat Your Veggies."- Herman eats an experiment of Granpa's thinking its food, only to grow an additional 8 feet!

5- "The Old Folks Home."- Eddie takes in an old lady named Beatrice off the streets--- who takes in her friends Mildred, Eleanor, Yvonne, Helen, and Virginia.

6- "Scary Movie- The Lost One."- Herman becomes an entrepreneur in theatre.

7- "Closing the Oppenbecker Deal."- Herman makes 300 million dollars off a business deal selling the old theatre in town--- and loses the cash!

8- "The Smell of Money." (1)- The family continues to search for the lost money.

9- "The Smell of Money." (2)- Marilyn's date "finds" 100 million dollars on the street- she has reason to believe he stole all the money and the finding the 100 million was part of the whole gag. Why else would an attractive male like him want to be around an ugly thing like her for so long?

10- "Money Tree."- Herman's money is found glued to away Eddie's kite with an enscription. "Gee pa, I knew you'd lose your dough anyway, so I took the liberty of doing this for you!"

11- "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind."- The five members of the Munsters household and guest John Parkenson encounter alien ships.

12- "Mister Gateman Gives Himself A Vacation."- Mr. Gateman becomes furious over Herman's recent constant lateness to the job and decides to leave the shop to Herman while he is away recooperating from his living (or dead?) hell, to do what he wants with it.

13- "Mailman Mixup."- The mailman is given another route besides the Munsters and must stick only to that route. He pleades with his supervisor, Peter Panthlonean, to give him his old familiar "Munster Route" back.

14- "Follow the Map."- Granpa leads the way for the family to a vacation in Chicago by transforming himself into a map. When they arrive, he cant turn himself back so he can fly around and suck blood and be free.

15- "The Property."- Herman's 2nd job brings him another interesting deal. A couple wants the Munsters house strictly for the property. An offer of 500 million dollars is made, but is that enough to move the Munsters out of their beautiful mansion?

I thought of these a long time ago.


Family Reunion
Grandpa's relatives from the old country come to visit. Including Charlie, Johann, Uncle Gilbert, and Victor Frankenstein IV.
(First color episode of the series. All episodes from now on, are in color.)

Herman Munster - Gutterball
Herman becomes a pro-boller, but loses his last game, failing to beat a world record.

Agent Grandpa
Grandpa becomes a secret FBI agent on the hunt for spies in America.


Marilyn's Makeover
The Munsters feel bad that Marilyn can't look as pretty as the rest of the family, so Grandpa invents a potion to turn Marilyn more into her grotesque family. After Marilyn goes to school and all the kids keep staring at her, she realizes that maybe this change wasn't for her.

16- "The Decision."- Herman decides to stay.

17- "Marylin's Date."- Marylin's date is impressed by her beauty. So much so, he proposes to her on their first date together.

18- "Granpa's Experiment."- Granpa turns Eddie into a mole.

19- "Lily the Queen."- An estranged houseguest woos Lily.


20- "The Jealous Side of Herman."- Herman is jealous over Robert's wooing of Lily, Herman's bride.

21- "You'd Be Great In Pictures."- Herman feels good about himself when people on the streets whisper to one another, "he'd make a great movie."

22- "Knock Three Times If A Vampire Is Sucking Your Blood."- Granpa is on the loose after drinking a potion sure to get any vampire some good catch for the day!

23- "Ugly Duckling Settles."- A pursuer (Jack Benny) is thought to be after Marilyn.

24- "Hermie Baby Sets A Trap."- Pop star Herman "Hermie" Munster goes undercover to catch Jack Horner, Marilyn's pursuer, in a corner.

25- "The Holdup."- Herman scares away big-city bank robbers.

26- "You Knew Uncle Kong?"- Herman confesses to the mailman that he is the nephew of King Kong. guest star Fay Wray.

27- "King Herman II."- Herman is pursued after being thought an egyptian king.

28- "All Hands Point To Herman."- Juror Herman may be the criminal-in-question, and he stops to think for a moment, if he really is!

29- "Boxing Match."- Herman fights Granpa in the ring after a feud over the cost of living and Herman starting to charge Granpa for his lab expenses.

30- "Igor Hits The Floor."- Granpa's confidant Igor suffers greatly after a near-death incident on the road.

31- "Drink Plenty of Fluids."- Dehydrated Herman drinks a firetruck out of water at the scene of the fire of the century on Mockingbird Lane!

32- "Say Goodbye To 1313."- The family moves out of the annihilated town.
33- "Hollywood Herman."- Herman goes Hollywood and takes on a whole new image.

34- "For The Seeing Impaired."- Herman's eyesight goes awry after a night on the town shopping for cool glasses.

SEASON TWO


1- "The Odyssey."- Homer is an influence to Herman as he attempts to be a novelist.

2- "Buddha and Herman."- Herman practices a new religion, similar to Buddhism.

3- "Chairman of the Board."- Lily's IQ is higher than Herman's. This newfound intelligence may make her chairman of the board for an important coffin company!

4- "Unidentified Flying Herman."- Herman's experiment in flying goes awry.

5- "Marilyn and the Starlet."- Ugly-duckling black sheep Marilyn gets her big break as a starlet, but Herman thinks of her position in a totally different light!

6- "Groovy Herman."- Herman is a hit in Hollywood with a new song.

7- "Granpa and the Lab."- Granpa discovers a cure for the common cold, then forgets it!

8- "Bird Flu."- An epidemic strikes Hollywood, Herman!

9- "The New King Kong."- Herman is offered an impressive sum of money to direct a new film in the King Kong franchise.

10- "Pretty Little Fillie With The Pony Tail."- Herman is matchmaker to a horse. guest star 'Mister Ed'.
11- "Houseguest."- Lily entertains an agent.
12- "The New Mansion."- Country folks, the Clampetts (Max Baer, Irene Ryan, Donna Douglas, Buddy Ebsen), sell their mansion to the Munsters.

13- "Herman Takes On A New Image (1)."- Herman considers a facelift.
14- "Herman Takes On A New Image (2)."- Herman goes through with the facelift.
15- "A Little Birdie Told Me."/ "Secrets My Birdie Told Me."- The mockingbird reveals disturbing secrets to Granpa.
16- "Lingo."- Herman talks strangely to everyone he comes across.
17- "War Comes To LA In The Form of Herman."- Herman starts a neighborhood riot.
18- "The Mercedes."- Herman, car-shopping, damages a brand new Mercedes!
19- "Mascunility."- Lily appears to be more masculine than Herman.
20- "Invasion of the Herman Snatchers."- Somebody wants to clone Herman, and then kill the original, an alien?
21- "Investigators."- Herman hires a police squad to protect him from the snatchers.
22- "Be Brave, Hero."- Lily tells her dreams to scared Herman.
23- "New Sheriff On The Block."- High on his horse after the "criminal claiming to be an alien" is caught, Herman dreams he is sheriff.
24- "Cowboy."- Herman visits Tennessee Ernie Ford to learn tricks of the trade.
25- "Thanksgiving With The Munsters."- Herman gloms the food on Thanksgiving Night.
26- "Hot Plate."- Herman buys a faulty hot plate.
27- "Arnold Ziffel Comes To Town."- A star pig wants top notch treatment, according to owner Fred Ziffel who interprets the pig's wishes, upon vacationing in LA.
28- "Slaphappy."- Accident prone-ness moves into the Munsters' lives after a curse is put upon them.
29- "Lily's Pregnancy."- Lily is with-child, and Herman treats her with extra care.
30- "Granpa's Potion."- A potion makes Marilyn and a guy fall helplessly in love.
31- "Horner in the Corner."- Herman faces a cocky know-it-all businessman in the ring, after being mistaken for a pro boxer.
31- "Horner and Marilyn Share A Kiss."- Jack Horner lures Marilyn to love him.
32- "Married With Care."- Herman marries off a friend to Jack.
33- "New Pair of Shoes."- Jack goes to court with a shoe-store after a pair of shoes cause him alot of foot pain.
34- "Put On A Sad Face."- Herman treats a depressed Jack to a chaotic dinner.

35- "Jerry and the Facelift."- Jerry convinces Herman that his fans preferred him with the old "Frankenstein" look.

36- "I Bring You Kong (1)."- Herman agrees to direct KING KONG AND THE MONSTER, a KING KONG sequel. But he is so dumbfounded that he doesn't know that the monster is him!

SEASON THREE

Starring Fred Gwynne and Yvonne DeCarlo and Al Lewis
with Pat Priest and Butch Patrick

and Jerry Hausner as the agent with Jack Benny.

1- "I Bring You Kong (2)."- Herman receives even better star treatment, takes on a new look, becomes a "hipster", and learns of his starring role in KING KONG AND THE MONSTER.

2- "Herman, Underground Style."- Herman saves a score of people from an underground subway mishap.

3- "Herman and the Classes."- Herman teaches a suave professor a lesson about how "class" doesn't matter and shouldn't affect how a person is treated.

4- "The Morals of the Exhibit."- Herman speaks out about morals at a dinosaur exhibit, and the cops arrest him for impersonation of the actual exhibit, mistaking him for a known "chameleon" criminal.


5- "Herman Gets The Business."- Herman takes up skydiving, fishing, eating extravagant and expensive meals, and surfboarding!

6- "The Beach Is Closed."- Huge waves aren't a threat for a Herman, not even the penalty for surfing on them (he don't know that the signs are there, though).

7- "Dumped Jack."- Jack's wife runs out on him, while Lily takes calls at a telethon, and one of them is of the voice of the Mrs. Horner.

8- "Meet The Folks."- Herman introduces his newly come up from the grave parents to Lily; guest stars Richard Dawson and Joan Marshall.

9- "Eddie's First Dollar."- Eddie's mounted and coveted first dollar disappears and fingers point at dear old dad.

Herman Gets The Business sounds like a hoot. Wouldn't Herman be afraid to skydive?

10- "Dancing With Hermie."- Hollywood stars find themselves entangled with predicaments with the Munsters at a restaurant.

11- "Jerry Gets The Business."- Jerry fumbles as an agent, and Herman feeling sorry for him, gives him a raise instead of firing him!


12- "Offer."- Herman battles a mailman-biting menace of a dog; Lily is made an attractive offer for the mansion.

13- "Eddie's Pals."- Snooty kids at school target Eddie.

14- "Mrs. Henderson."- A sub teacher at school confronts Eddie with an ultimatum.

15- "Fire! Fire!"- Panic stricken Herman faces the music when a raging fire might burn Eddie's school to ashes while he takes over Mrs. Henderson's substitute teacher position.

16- "Closer."- Herman is displeased with his future position at the Hollywood Cemetery.

17- "Take Me Out In The Ball Game."- Herman has to fill in for a star Hollywood college-basketball player.

18- "Memories."- The family revisits 1313 Mockingbird Lane for a weekend where they relive old memories.

19- "Cowabunga, Herman."- Herman's surfboard incident leads a doctor to believe that Herman's face is the way it is because of it, and offers him a free plastic surgery!

20- "The Delivery."- A deliveryboy is frightened when he delivers prescriptions to the Munsters.

21- "Herman's Newest Picture Is Groovy, Baby."- Herman's jive-talking is unnatural, worrying Lily enough to get him an appointment for a shrink!

22- "Shrinkwarped."- Herman turns the tables on his psychologist unwittingly.

23- "The Agent, His Wife, Their Dog, and One Big Mess."- Jerry's unruly dog needs a babysitter and he calls on willing Herman to do the job, but when Jerry returns, the dog's nowhere to be found!

24- "Run, Spot, Run... See Spot Run..."- Spot spews harmful toxins to the already harmful LA air when he gets away.
