Default Did anyone catch this in the episode when Florida's Rich Cousins came to visit?

After Edgar's wife left the house crying saying "I'm sorry Florida" You can see Esther Rolle, John amos and Bernadette Stanis trying very hard to keep from laughing. After she leaves Esther Rolle was facing the door for some extra seconds because she was trying to control her laughter and didn't want it to be noticeable on her face.

Hmmm, gonna check that out. but you know, sometimes I couldn't tell when Florida was going to laugh or cry (if you just look at her face, regardless of what was going on) because it seems she makes the same kinda face for both. Also, I noticed in last night's episode abt the hospital, Esther Rolle's bottom center teeth also have the same gap that she has on top. Wonder why?

Maybe they were laughing at the way that lady was crying-lol I heard a lot of studio audience members laughing when Edgar said

"He was too educated for a HOT WAX"

Yeah, thanx for the info. I know that you see the episode before I do cuz you are back east. at this moment, it is on right now. As far as the TVLand boards, unless they have straightened up their act over there, I have no desire to check it out. Have you? What's going on over there?

It was all Betty's fault. I couldn't understand why she kept shooting off her mouth when it was obvious Edgar didn't want to talk about it. I have to admit, he was pissed, wasn't he.

"Betty"

"Betty I said to drop it"

"Ahh Betty"
