Exclamation SPOILER about Big Brother this week...

From a CBS Press release:

The first double eviction on this season’s edition of BIG BROTHER will take place this week with the elimination of two contestants from the house. One houseguest will be sent home on the live show Thursday, August 18 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT). Following the live eviction and Head of Household competition, the new HOH will immediately go to the diary room where Julie will inform him/her that they have to nominate two people immediately for eviction. The new HOH will then go back into the living room and nominate two people LIVE on air. The second eviction will be broadcast on Saturday, August 20 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) and that person will be become the first member of the BIG BROTHER 6 jury.

That's cool. I'm looking forward to that. But what happens next Thursday? If two people are nominated tonight and one leaves on Saturday, does that same new HOH nominate two more people for a regular Thursday eviction? Will there be different eviction/veto competition days?

I'm guessing there will be another HOH after Saturday and then someone goes home Thursday as usual... I'm not sure that there will be a veto this week for either eviction.

I had a feeling a double eviction would come along soon. There had been talk of it going around different boards, and the houseguests were even talking about it. The same thing happened before the return of a houseguest was announced.

Double evictions aren't new... they aren't "shocking"(It was gonna happen, especially once we found out someone was coming back).

Yeah, I was wondering when it was going to happen as well.

I kind of forgot about the possibility of this. It doesn't seem like that much of a twist. To the viewer things just seem to be moving faster. Do you guys think they will have veto competitions for both eliminations. They could fit it in but we wouldn't get to see much else. To bad they get a new HOH for the second elimination. It would be awsome if Jannelle stayed HOH. I think Howie thought that was how they were going to do it. Why else would he jump up excitedly on hearing the news.

Yeah, Howie did seem like his hopes were high. (lol) Maybe he didn't quite understand.
