Can we take a survey to determine if other members think it's a good idea too?

I never even come to these boards and the day I do, I see it is flooded with these ridiculous surveys. I hate those things anyway, they are so boring and have no point to them.

I agree with both sides, actually.

Yes, I agree with the fact there should NOT be an overflood of surveys. I mean, they have become OVER-board. Some of these surveys have turned out to be WAY too silly. I think some become over-embellished asking silly, irrelevant questions should be the ones that should be cut back.

I think there are surveys that are quite pondering AND quite interesting (i.e. the ones with faves, least faves, love, family, friends, etc). But the silly ones that talk about farting and violence are rather silly, in my opinion.

No, I don't think surveys should be banned. I don't think it's fair because some can be quite interesting to read. Maybe the silly ones can be cut back. And maybe a slow down of surveys is a good idea, too. Some of these were old from MONTHS ago. I think those should not be rehashed until there are no recent surveys. As the saying goes, "It only takes one apple to spoil the bunch." I hope those silly ones don't spoil the bunch. It wouldn't be fair.

I think that's funny coming from you, seeing that you have posted a bunch of them yourself.

I find most surveys silly and uninteresting. I don't know about you, but I don't care about the last time someone got ****ed or the first time someone kissed. Who needs to know that **** anyway?

I agree with you there. I guess what I meant to say was that these silly questions can be "fun" the first couple of times, but too much of it is tedious. Some of the ones that come from me were actually posted MONTHS ago. They were just resurected by a certain "new" member, so I guess it put me in a bad spot if someone doesn't notice the dates. Some of these recent surveys that *I* have posted I've edited questions out.
