Grandpa should stop experimenting on himself. He keeps changing too much.

Extreme eyebrows, sideburns and (side hair?) by the end. A noticable change in Grandpa, Herman and Lily's makeup was the lessening of the sunken look to their faces.

I think Herman changed the most. In the early part of the first season, Herman had a very wide head, and was very dark in the cheeks and forhead. By the end of the second season, Herman's head narrowed, and he wasn't as dark.

The only changes in Lily I see, is that her grey-streaks lessened in her hair, and her cheeks also lessened in darkness.
