was thinking when they expected BIG NUMBERS after only 4 aired eps. Me personally, I would need to see more than 4 eps to determine if a show is watchable. Marla Gibbs was not given a chance

It sounded like CBS did not have faith in the show, or they were just too lazy to promote it or give it half a chance. I'm sure these episodes probably still exist in the vault. They should be included as an extra on a Jeffersons set.

Don't Count on it, especially since no short lived spinoff of Sanford and Son and Three's Company hasn't been released yet.

I think the producers and writers wanted her back on the Jeffersons and decided not to go through with Checking In.

I don't know Why, by 1981 the fights between George and Florence were no longer a funny thing. Only between 75-78
