Added Bonus?

Does it annoy anyone else when you get something in the mail, and its not what you had agreed on trading for or only half right and when you question the person about the stuff that you recieved that was not what you asked for, they say that that was supposed to be and "added bonus". Yes, it would have been a bonus if I had got everything I asked for plus something else but this just looks like you messed up and are covering. I was supposed to get two complete sets on video. I knew right away when I got the box something was up cause it was way too small. In it was half a set of one series and one video I never asked for. I emailed them about the missing set and a half and now they say they forgot the one series, the stuff I got from the other series is all they had (yet I have emails saying they have both complete sets) and the other video was a bonus. How about getting the right stuff to me? That would be a bonus in itself.
