Who'll be on the season 6 dvd cover? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Looking at the dvd covers for the first five seasons at the top of the page made we wonder what the last season will look like. So far every cover has 6 characters. Season 6 could have 8: Florida, JJ, Thema, Michael, Willona, Penny, Keith and Bookman. What do you guys think? For some reason I can see them leaving Keith off the front.

I think Keith will be on the cover, sense he is a big part of season 6

Has anyone noticed that the first and third seasons cover has the same picture of JJ. Not exactly posing the same, but you can tell. All the others are different.

If Keith was in the CBS promos he defintely be on the DVD Cover.

I was trying to think of other Sony dvds and what the patterns were. For example, they haven't included Dee or Mabel on the cover of any What's Happening dvds, and only a few cast members on the covers of Soap dvds. Sanford & Son is for the two main characters in the title so that makes sense, and for the Jeffersons, it's mainly George and Louise with smaller pictures of other characters on the bottom. So I was thinking they may not necessarily include all 8 characters on Good Times Season 6.

Well if someone is left off i hope it's Janet Jackson since her role was decreased during that season

I think she'll be included for two reasons, 1.they already put her on season 5 and it would seem like she completely vanished if she was left off season 6 and 2.for Janet Jackson's name recognition. I can see everybody being included, but if any one person is left off, I'd bet it would be Keith.

Either way I can't wait for it, apparently this season is much funnier than 4 and 5. I actually stopped buying GT dvd's after Season 3, but will buy Season 6 as I've heard good things about it.

ps: the covers for season 1 to 4 are even photoshopped to look different... they just changed the colours of the clothes. Season 1 and 3 have the exact same photoshoot and season 2and 4 the same too. I suppose there weren't enough decent cast photo's done at the time.

I think it will be a cover of the entire cast (of course for the exception of John Amos' character)

Well it's no way Keith can be left off because he was Thelma's Husband. If anyone was left off it would be between Penny and Bookman
