Im baking brownies ohh.. about now and noticed I dont have any veggie oil and it asks for 1/3 cup. Is there anything I can replace it with? Melted butter? Pam?

Apple sauce. I learned this in Home Ec. in HS, and it works really good. I don't remember if you use the same amount as oil, though.

Well, as a replacement I used melted butter and apple juice and they look like they came out good! Ill have to give them the taste test once they cool off.

This is the best batch of brownies I have ever made. Normally when I bake them, they fall apart when I go to cut them, but they cut into perfect little squares and are yummy.
