So was anyone here born on 8-8-88?

I know one of Fergie's kids was born on that day.

Yep - Princess Beatrice. Fergie purposely scheduled a c-section for that date as she's into numerology or something and was told it was a very lucky date.

Well maybe if it happened on a day where the numbers lined up it would be lucky. like 9-5-95 or something.

I had a friend who was born on 8-8-87, but not 8-8-88.

[random fact] Vicki Lawrence has two children. Her youngest, Garrett, was born on 7-3-77. Four more days, and he would've been a 7-7-77 baby too. [/random fact]

My birthday is 5-15-50 and my phone number has four 5's in it. My house number has a 5 and so many other personal things of mine have the number 5. It is my lucky number (I guess!)

But I still haven't won the lottery!

Me too. I was a high school freshman at the time and had been in high school for nearly 3 weeks on that day. I remember the VMA's were that day as well and I remember Ricky Martin got a lot of awards.

My grandfather was born on 8-8-08. He died in 1978 when I was only 6 so I don't remember that much about him. I wish I would have been older when he died. I would have loved to have been able to ask him stuff about his boyhood and adolescence, what it was like growing up in the early part of the century.
