Post Charlotte Pollis

Does anyone know if there has been any new leads or updates in disappearance of charlotte pollis who vanished after being taken to the hospital for an acute ear infection?

I think her husband was involved somehow

I know of no updates but I think the vast majority of people here agree with you that the husband is guilty. Actually a few months back someone posted here who actually knew Paul Pollis and here is what he had to say:

i just recently quit my job where paul pollis was the owner, and let me tell you, he is one creepy guy. not to character bash, but ive never been more afraid of any one man in my life. Out of the 8 employees there, all 8 quit. I met him, his second wife, and the boy. I feel so sorry for the boy, he is twelve, and i heard paul say the girl is thirteen. on more than one occassion paul said, "i did it once, ill do it again", or "mess with me and ill kill you" theres no doubt that this man could kill someone-- not to say he did, and im sure he is capable of doing it on his own. i pity any person who meets this violent man, and im positive that the girl is much happier with the grandmother than with her father.

i also heard that its a possibility that the wife faked her death so she could leave paul, thats why the grandmother has the daughter.

im no authority on the case or on paul, this is just what ive heard after working for the man for one month.

Also did you know that Charlotte's mom abducted her granddaughter who Paul Pollis had custody of. There is info about it on the net, I believe the girl's name is Layla. As far as I know they are still on the run.

Wow...I have never heard of this case, but after reading this - http://www.angelfire.com/mi3/mpccn/pollis.html, it's pretty obvious to me that the husband had something to do with it.

I think he did it...and thats my expert opinion...hAhahaha

In all seriousness though I watched this one last night and Pauls reasons for not opening the shed was pure crap....oh and then I find it suspicious that he leaves for 3 months around the time he had to meet with the investigator for a polygraph (kinda suspicious dude)...and then there was a neighbor that saw his car backed up to the house with the trunk open not to mention they found a speck of blood in the trunk...c'mon now...

Im not completely sure if he did it or not...the evidence is pretty much circumstantial...(we still not really know if murder has been committed) but something about the guy and his actions around the time of her disappearance is suspicious to me.

I personally don't believe Paul's story.

They have a son too, right? I can totally understand if the grandmother believed that Paul murdered Charlotte, why she would kidnap the children, but why leave behind the boy?

The grandmother took the daughter to protect her as she was a witness to her mom being taken out of the house in a plastic bag. The son was too young to know what was happening and he is fine to this day. It will be interesting when he faces what his dad did to his mom.

I don't know how you people can say the Pollis' are guilty. After all, they "aren't that kind of people." They will say that themselves.

In all seriousness, I do think Paul Pollis is guilty. I also believe that Charlotte's mother is a bit unstable mentally (she called her daughter 10 - 14 times a day!). If she was that concerned, why didn't she drive to the house to check on Charlotte? I aslo believe she coached the little girl into being afraid of black trash bags. Just my two cents. I do feel very sorry for her in the fact she lost a child.

Still, the boy doesn't get to see his sister again? I know, it's fairly obvious Paul Pollis is a guilty little ****, but..

How can he still be allowed to have custody of his son when he is in jail all the time?

Too bad the sister couldn't get some sort of warrant to open the storage shed before he had time to dispose of the evidence.

Or just find a way to break the lock off.

I might have done both--call the cops, and call a friend with a hacksaw.
