Default Nasty looking woman poisons husband

Remember that one? That rat poison in the protein drink? Talk about using better looking people for recreations...I felt bad for the guy, he seemed nice. But I must say the actress who played the wife or gf or whatever she was did an amazing job in making you want to hate and mistrust her. I heard they caught the skank somewhere in Mexico, and that the kid was alright, but not sure if they showed an update on this one.

It seems a lot of fugitives go south o' the border, but US enforcement has a pretty good record of catching them from what I read. Now if they can just get those bowling alley murderers, I can sleep better at night

Yeah it was Elizabeth Ortiz who poisoned her husband Gilbert. It took a long time to capture her but they eventually did and then for awhile couldn't find her son Jonathan Ortiz but they eventually did when he visited his mother.

There was an update when they did the "Lifetime re-edits" - I think they showed Gilbert playing baseball with his son. The interesting thing about it though is in the original segment due to being poisoned Gilbert said he likely would not be able to walk under his own power without assistance again. Well in the update he is walking pretty good so maybe he healed up and is okay now.

Later.

At first I thought you were talking about Marie Hilley -- the psycho that killed her husband and tried to kill her kids to get the insurence money. Wow, I found that segment so annoying. Then the freak creates a new identity, comes back as her twin, then.... UUUUGGGGHHHH!.....

Am I the only one that thought th actress playing Hilley looked like Kate Jackson from Charlie's Angels? LOL

Everytime I see that Marie Hilley segment I want to punch that woman. "Hi, I'm Terry... Robbie's sister." Or maybe I have that backwards. Anyway, I found it weird you could convince someone that you were the twin sister of that person's dead wife. Maybe the grief got in the way, but wouldn't you know the difference? The way someone acted? Body marks? Traits?

The only thing that makes me feel good is knowing that psycho died from exposure to the cold. That probably would feel good compared to the fires of hell that she is feeling know, I bet!

Actually I always found Hilley to look like "Karen Carpenter" of the singing group "The Carpenters". Now if we are speaking of "Kate Jackson" from "Charlie's Angels" she has a UM double too and it's Doreen Picard from special #7 - Doreen was the woman who was killed in Rhode Island I believe by a guy who attacked her and her neighbor/friend Susan Lefertae with a lead pipe in Susan's basement. Susan survived but had total amnesia about the incident - They finally found the guy who murdered Doreen many years later and charged him with murder.

But yeah Doreen Picard IS Kate Jackson's double - Check it out

Later.

That happened just a couple of miles from where I used to live(the poisoning part for both the husband and daughter). Very freaky.

Yes, I remember that one. It was vicious act and it was only a matter of time before they captured her. He's (the ex-husband) always going to remember that she actually attempted to kill him.

I'm glad to hear that woman was caught. Any info on her prison sentence? Hopefully she got 25 years at the least!
