I am looking for episodes of Saturday Night Live from the first five seasons.

I am particularly looking for episodes from the original NBC broadcasts in the 70's.

I have the premiere episode (taped from Classic SNL on NBC a few months back uncut), Rob Reiner, and a Buck Henry episode, all from Season 1. However I am looking for Rescue 911 episodes from CBS or Family Channel (in their 1-hour form). Email me at luzrboy82@yahoo.com.

I have the lost episode of SNL where MILTON BERLE hosts, it aired live
BUT
it was NEVER reran and is NOT available as part of the syndication package
BECAUSE
Lorne Michaels and the ones in charge
HATED IT
Milton Berle was really really bad that night
the monologue bombed the skits were awful
so Michaels made sure it was never seen again

Actually, E! did rerun the Milton Berle episode at least once a few years ago when they first acquired the series. I have that version on tape.

E! is cut to an hour. Original broadcasts are 90 minutes

I realize that. I was just pointing out that it has been rerun and is included in the syndication package.

ACTUALLY i beleive that although they did rerun the berle episode on E that one time, I do NOT think it is in the general syndication package, I do not think its available, at least not according to the SNL book, I think that was a one time deal
