Willona. She was just too young for the part. She made a statement in the episode-"Sex and the Evans Family"-"remember Florida when we were 17?-lol It was no way she should have been offered the part of Florida's Best Friend

I agree with you there. It just wasn't too believable that Florida and Willona were the same age.

yep. but the chemistry was so damn good. they should not have had them being around the same age. you can be close friends without being close in age.

I agree, it would be fine if they were just friends who met because they were neighbors. High school friends is stretching it. |

Notice in yesterday's episode abt Florida flipping out, Wanda was at that women's group, but she wasn't playing Wanda.

There have been many instances during that show, when an actor would play multiple parts. Hal Williams comes to mind.

true so true. But the Wanda character was so established. Or at this point of the show, was she? Maybe because I know the show so well that I know from the beginning she is always Wanda.

I'm not too sure, but the Wanda character stood out to me during "The Big Move" episode.

Helen Martin started playing the role of Wanda toward the end of season 3. January of 1976 to March of 1976 |
