Evansville/Lanford.
Evansville's 2000 poulation was 121,582, where Lanford's was in the 25,000-30,000 range (Likely). Here are some photos of the Evansville places that were shown on the show.

The middle picture was of S. Runnymeade in Evansville, while the other two are of Delaware Avenue in that city.
