If it's ice cream, then probably frozen.

I just read the box for the 100th or so and it;s not ice cream , it hot fudge tooping you can use over ice creame or dip fruits and pretzels in it

if its fudge topping then you should keep it in a "cool, dry place"

once you open it , refrigerate it. You do not have to freeze it.
