yeah i did not see it either im confused i voted for other shows though but i did not see Gimmie a Break Anywhere

That survey is a very old survey that is still up. Hallmark Channel just didn't take it off the web, it's not going to make a difference if you vote or not on that, since they won't look at it anymore.
