Any body seen the video of Rubber Johnny,suppose to be a mutant teen-ager in a basement someehre in England? Any ways it's strange. I forgot where I can find it,though.

I'm the one who originally posted the clip. From what I heard, the person in the clip isn't a real boy. He is just a character in some short indie film.

It was real but digitally "enhanced" so he would contort in his wheelchair. It was offensive to some - more because of its disturbing content. Remember, this is a PG-13 site and there are younger "audience" members that it was just not appropriate for.

I've seen things on rotten.com all the time and I have no problem with it but that video was just plain sick and exploited handicapped people with similar conditions.

Actually, I think it is a handicap, for the simple fact that obesity often brings a lot of other health problems with it.

But that kid in the avatar seems happy enough. And he's clearly getting plenty of exercise, with all that jumping around! So it's all good!

It isn't a handicap by definition because it brings on other health problems. A handicap is a permanent issue within itself.

You could say the same about anorexia, bulimia, smoking, excessive drinking, and general laziness if that were the case.

And yes - the little fella is a happy guy!
