Nope I don't think so. We only saw two of James friends, Well in the Big Move part 2 we saw more but not Willie.

I think they did have him on the episode where Florida enrolls in night school. James storms out after a fight and meets up with Willie in a bar. Hal Williams(from Sanford & Son. 227, etc) played the part.
