I hear a lot of people are assuming that the 1980-1983 era was also a bad time for TV Stars.

Is is true as well?

tell it to Alan Alda, Larry Hagman and Gary Coleman. Oh wait, Gary Coleman won't reference it because he doesn't realize the only reason people even care to interview him if they want to is because of that era.
