Default The Jacksons 2300 Jackson Street Album

I was listening to this album today for the first time. This is a good album from start to finish. The album has 11 songs. The hits from this album are Nothin Compares 2 You, Alright With Me, 2300 Jackson Street. Babyface & LA Reid produced Nothin Compares 2 You & 2300 Jackson Street. I was surprised Marlon wasn't on this album. Michael only sang on 2300 Jackson Street. People slept on Jackie, Tito, Randy's singin abilities. Michael & Jermaine aren't the only brothers who can sing. Jackie & Randy sang lead on some of the songs on 2300 Jackson Street album.

I don't have the album, but I only have one song from iTunes entitled "2300 Jackson St.", it was a great song. I wish Michael would joined the chorus.

People have slept on Michael's brothers for so long. Jackie, Tito, Marlon, Randy, Jermaine can sing. I got a couple of Jermaine's solo albums. Jackie, Marlon & Randy did some solo albums but i've never heard them. I would like to hear them. I wanna hear the rest of Jermaine's solo albums that i haven't heard.

My dad bought this when it came out, but he hardly played it and wasn't impressed by it. I remember the singles, which were okay. Supposedly, not every Jackson participated in this recording.

I have no idea if any other Jackson bro besides Jermaine can sing. I remember Marlon had a song out in '87 but I totally forgot how it went but I did like it. My dad did buy Randy & the Gypsy's 12" single "Perpetrators". It was ok.

LOL@Randy calling his group Randy & The Gypsies hahahahahahahahahaha. I remember he had a song out back in the late 80's called Happy i think. Marlon & Michael were the only ones who didn't sing on 2300 Jackson Street album. Michael sang a little bit on 2300 Jackson Street song. Randy has gotten fat now. I saw him at Michael's trial. I also saw Jackie, Tito, Jermaine at Michael's trial. I didn't see Marlon at his trial. I haven't seen Marlon in a long time since Michael had that concert at Madison Square Garden in New York that was on tv about 5 years ago. Michael reunited with his brothers on stage during that concert. Jermaine's skin looks terrible now but at least he isn't white like Michael LOL.

As for Jermaine, I think his voice is thin but he can carry a tune. My dad has three of his solo albums. His 1981 album has some very good basslines on it. Jermaine may very well be an underrated bassist.
