hey so i am totally emersed in this hobby lol 2 questions for u geniuses

1. i have a scrubs set of seasons 2 and 3 and i want to make it nicer as in the menus and such also make them match. how do i do this?????
i basically wanna make my own menus and pulll the video/audio files off the disc and put them on a new one. is there away to enhance the vide too

2. im getting a dvd burner with a har drive in it so i can record dvds and record tv shows. how would i go about taking the commercials out after i burn from the hard drive to dvd??????

If you want something easy and simple, you can use TMPGEnc DVD Author. If you want something more customized to your liking where you can add your own pictures and menu buttons and songs to the menus, you can try DVD-lab. For more options, try this website http://www.videohelp.com/ and search around for what you are trying to do.
