I Met Jasmine Trias! (with pics) - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I met Jasmine Trias at a performance/autograph signing at a local Tower Records store today. This was her last stop on her Bay Area record store tour to promote her debut album. She performed three cuts off her new CD, Sexy Boy, Excuses, and Inseparable. She did an awesome job, and I'm really glad I got to meet her because she was one of my favorites on American Idol last season. She's even prettier in person, and she's sooooo nice!! Oh, and pick up a copy of her debut album if you haven't yet cuz it rocks!

This is the only picture of the two of us together. I HATE IT BECAUSE MY EYES ARE CLOSED, I KILLED IT. pissed: But she looks pretty.

you are SO lucky you got to meet Jas. I nearly died when I met her last year, but I didn't get a picture because cameras weren't allowed backstage. Boo. Were there a lot of people there?

I think I nearly died when I met her too! This is the first time I've felt starstruck in quite a while, which probably explains my expression in my pic with her.

The last time I met a well-known celeb like Jasmine was in 2001 when I met Mandy Moore and the rest in between were all like local/not very well-known celebs. But she was very down-to-earth and has always seemed very easy to connect with.

And yeah, there were like 100+ people who showed up. It was a good turnout. If it doesn't seem like a big number to you, consider the fact that she did two other autograph signings in the area this week.

I know that I'm like the only person here who doesn't like Jasmine and Carrie. To be honest, they're both pretty, and they both have good voices, but I think they both went farther than they should have in AI. No offense, I take back what I said earlier since it admittedly was rude.

You're definitely not the only person here who doesn't like Carrie, because I really can't stand her (I was beginning to think I was the only one), but, I know I'm in the minority here. I don't mind people liking her though, we all have different opinions

Awesome, but I didnt like Jas as much as any of the other AI3ers I liked her more than Leah though
