"Good Times" JUMPED THE SHARK...
In case anyone cares to check it out, go to the Jump The Shark website and see under Good Times, what alot of people state is the reason the show "jumped the shark". Alot of the replies state when James died and when Penny was brought on. Check it out.

Yeah I saw it. It was like 86 votes saying the show jumped the shark when James died.
