ABC Family still has the rights, I think.
They choose to sit on the show and not use it.
FYI, Fox owns the show, Warner owns the television distribution rights.
That's as of January 2005.

Its not on for me in Australia either. The normal network television hasn't shown it in donkey's years and I have a pay television which used to show it, but hasn't for at least 6 months now. I was just starting to become a fan of the show when they took it off!

That is true; ABC Family still own the rights, even though they do not have it on the schedule.

Perhaps some local stations across the US may still be running it, but so long as ABC Family owns TWY rights, it won't be on another cable network.
