The documentary was just plain awful. I did not see the point of having people who have seen the show once or twice talk about stereotypical Gilligan things. I could not watch the whole thing because it was giving me a headache. I hated this documentary just as much as the Real Gilligan's Island. Which reminds me that this was more about an advertisement for that than giving information about the series. The only people on the whole thing I recognized was Sherwood Schwartz, John F Kennedy, and Martin Luther King. I thought it was good that they had the president of the GIlligan's Island fan clu, but I am sure he knows more than what he said. I give this a 1/5

GI fans have really been snubbed with bonus features. I hated the Bio too. I would have preferred that E! True Hollywood Story Bio be on on the Season 3 DVD instead.

Ain't sen it myself, but I'd like, as I would like Sherwood Schwartz's book, (1988's INSIDE GI) to have mentioend Gerald Fired, Mort Strevens, John Williamsd, Lyn Murray and the other music directors,in addition to G.Wyke who did the theme, and mention the exotica-type cues ala Martin Denny who had a hit series of record a half decade before the 1964 premeire of GILLIGAN's SIALND.

Nothing like that is in there. All they talk about is Ginger v. Mary Ann, and TRGI.

Definitely. The music and underscore are so perfect for the shows. I sometimes just listen to the cues and underscore when I watch an episode. And of course the one I love the most, "Pass the Vegetables Please", doesn't get here till next week.
