Lay overs at airports sucks, bot they could be kind of fun, meet people,or people wacth. How long had you wait at airport before the plane arrive? 3 hours for me.

I don't mind them. The longest layover I had was in London for 3 hours, but I enjoyed it because I've never been to England before. Yea, not the best way to really get a taste of "British" culture, but it was better than nothing.

When people ask me if I've ever been to california, I say yes, but I don't mention that it was for only 3 hours while I waited for a flight to Vegas.
If you're ever out there, the McDonald's at LAX is fantastic.

6 hours was the longest layover I've ever had.

I dunno...a couple hours? Last one I remember was the Denver airport. I was told not to eat the nachos.

Really short layovers kind of suck. I think I had a 30 minute layover in Denver, which is the biggest airport in the U.S. I had to run like hell to get to my new plane.

I was flying home from London, England and had to go through customs at Detroit Metro in Detroit, MI. We were flying out to Minneapolis and the stupid pilot in Detroit insisted the passengers wait 20 more minutes before taking off for the rest of the passengers to board. So when that dumbass finally landed the plane in Minneapolis, we only had 15 minutes left of our layover there. You better believe all of us ran like ****ing hell to get to our gate. We just BARELY made it there in time. Wouldn't have happened if we had actually left Detroit ON TIME! Needless to say, I was NOT a happy camper. I traveled for a total of about 15 hours that day and all I wanted to do was go home to my bed.

I know those well! I figure I've been in the airport in Minneapolis at least 10-15 times now. I wanted to ride on one of the carts.
