I stumbled across these two IBM commercials last week. They feature Wayne Rogers, Harry Morgan, Loretta Swit, Larry Linville, Gary Burghoff and William Christopher.
http://www.finest-kind.net/streaming/comm00.ram http://www.finest-kind.net/streaming/comm01.ram As someone who has only become acquainted with the show in the last two years (via the DVDs), I had no idea they did these. Pretty fascinating to watch. Any interesting story on how they got most of the cast to do these ads? |

-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Klinger (to Hawkeye, et al): "The colonel swore me to secrecy. With real swear words." |

I remember those. I read somewhere once that they even got Alan Alda & Mike Farrell to do one or two.
Does anyone remember the commercials that Alan Alda did after "MASH" ended for some brand of personal computers? (I forget what brand) (it wasn't right after "MASH" ended because it ended in 1983 and perrsonal computers weren't introduced until 1984-Apple was the first brand, I think. Anyway, I know it wasn't for them) |

I love those commercials.
Isn't it weird seeing the cast members in civillian clothing?

They even acted like their real characters. They argued and made fun of the others. Like William Christopher told Larry Linville "Even you could do it"LOL
