For OUTSTANDING TV-DVD REVIEW SITE, dvdfile seems like they're not as active as they used to be. I would nominate either tvdvdreviews.com or hometheaterforum, though they don't do as many tv dvd reviews as they do movies. I'll try to think of more.

I would've also considered DavisDVD.com, they provide a lot of info you might not see on other sites.
