Default Do you think this is creepy or artistically functional?

I like this knife block - i think that it is unique and has a stylish flair to it, but Chad says that its creepy and makes him nervous - what do you think?

I think it projects very disturbing imagery. The knife holder, in the shape of a human, with knives piercing it, is an unpleasant sight. Particulary disturbing is the knife through the head. I would venture a guess that the color red symbolizes blood.

I consulted with a panel of experts who concur with my assessment that the knife block is, indeed, one creepyass kitchen utensil.

It's creepy. I wouldn't want something like that in my house. I saw a lot creepier works of art when I was in college though.
