Omar Gooding In Barbershop TV Show - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

There's gonna be a Barbershop tv show coming on Showtime channel August 14th. The tv show is gonna be a remake of the movie that starred Ice Cube & Cedric The Entertainer. I saw a ad for the tv show in a rap magazine. Omar Gooding is gonna be on the show. He's the only actor i recognized from the ad. Everybody else in the ad looks like new actors. I wish i had Showtime channel so i could see the show. I got a feelin it's gonna be good.

I saw Omar Gooding on the cover of Jet magazine today talkin about the Barbershop tv show. It comes on this Sunday. Moeee can you check & see what time it comes on? I wanna see this show bad. I'm gonna try & get somebody in my city to tape it for me. If i can't find anybody to tape it, i'll ask you Moeee. Is that cool?

BET had Barbershop tv show on last night going behind the scenes of the show. The girl who's playing Eve's character is cute & the girl who is playing Omar Gooding's wife is cute. I hope the show does well. It's a shame i won't be able to watch it because i don't have Showtime.

I read a review about Barbershop tv show in the newspaper yesterday & the critic who reviewed the show gave it a bad review. The critic basically said the show sucks because it's not funny. Well i had a co-worker of mine tape the show for me last night so i'm gonna see if it was bad or not tonight.

Did Barbershop get cancelled? I was lookin in the tv guide this week to see if it was coming on and it's not. I was gonna get my friend to tape me all the episodes this week if it would've came on.

It hasn't been canceled, at least not yet. The first season is already finished. It was just 10 episodes. If your friend has Showtime On Demand, he can record them all from there.

I haven't watched yet. I actually plan on recording them from Showtime On Demand myself, so I haven't really watched yet because I knew I would end up recording them all from the on demand channel.

I really like Barbershop. All the episodes are very funny. Omar's wife is hot and so is the girl who plays Terri. They should've had somebody playing Ricky's character from the movie. I like that dude Ramadal. He cracks me up callin everybody a bi*ch LOL. I also like Barry Henley who plays Cedric The Entertainer's character. Sheryl Lee Ralph made some appearances on the show. She's still hot. Her character was dating Barry and she used to be a man LOL.
