Default My AI4 Tour Review

Ok let me just clear this up, i thought our concert was tommorow but my mom told me at 4:00 yesterday that we were going to the NJ one, which was yesterday, so sorry about the confusion. Let me just say that I had an AWESOME time at the concert, so if you have the chance to go, DEFINITLEY go. Its SO worth it.

Anyway, we got there around 6:30 so we were kinda early, so we went and bought souvieners. I bought a Carrie poster, an AI4 tour shirt, and a top 10 poster. Then there was a place where you can make signs, so I made a sign that said "CARRIE ROCKS, I LOVE YOU CARRIE!" At around 7 we went to our seats which were really bad (section 240 row 15 ) however, we kept going in the wrong seats by accident so it took us a while to find our seats. Anyway, after 10 minutes or so, they played the AI theme song and showed clips of the top 10 on AI on the screens. The first person to perform was Jessica, she sang "Boys are Back In Town" first. I thought she was really good, and than she performed "Shop Around", which was also excellent. She got a pretty good response from the audience. Next was Anwar who got a HUGE response from the audience, because he lives in NJ, where the concert was. He sang "A House Is Not A Home" first and I really liked it, and the audience did too. He did "What a Wonderful World" next which I thought was good, but I thought he did "A House is Not a Home" better. Between songs, Anwar kept talking about how he loved NJ. After Anwar was Constantine who started out with Hard to Handle which was really really good, and than he did My Funny Valentine, which was also very good. He got a HUGE response from the crowd (especially the girls, one girl shouted CONSTANTINE WILL YOU MARRY ME and another one shouted I LOVE YOU CONSTANTINE!!" He said I love you too to the one that shouted I love you. ANYWAY. Then he did Bohenium Rhapsody, which was REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY good. And I'm not even a huge fan of his, but he did that song great. Than Scott came out and he got a decent response from the crowd, but my mom said she heard some booing. I didnt hear it though. I didnt really wanna see Scott but I hate to say it, but he did "Against All Odds" (his first song) really good. Then he brought Jessica out for a Total Eclipsce of the Heart duet. I thought both of them did a really good job at that. At the end of the song they were so close, everyone thought they were gonna kiss But they didnt, they just held hands and hugged. Scott then did "She's Gone", which was ok, but I liked Against All Odds and TEOTH better. Then Nikko came out and did Incomplete, which I thought he did good, but then he did Part Time Lovers and danced, and I thought he did Part Time Lovers REALLY good. I have to say that, after seeing Nikko on tour, I think he was kinda underrated. I didnt like him TOO much during AI4 but now I like him because he was AWESOME, especially with his 2nd song (Part Time Lovers). He also got a good response from the crowd. Then he did a song "Like I Love You", which was also very good. After Nikko was Nadia, who I couldn't stand during AI4, but now I like her a lot. She did "There's the Power" (I think that was it) first, and that was REALLY good. The crowd also loved her. Then, she slowly took off her jacket and everyone thought she was stripping, but I didnt o_O. And it turns out she was just in like, a black dress. Anyway, then she did "You Dont Have to Say You Love Me", which was also excellent. Her last song, "Try A Little Tenderness", I thought was her best. Overall I thought Nadia did a really good job

Then, it was intemission, and we decided to move down (*gasp* bad us) so we moved down to section 120, row 5 or something, and those seats were REALLY good and REALLY REALLY close to the stage. After what seemed like an hour but was really only like 15 minutes, Anwar came out and played the keyboard and sang "Superstition", and then Vonzell came out and he played keyboard for Vonzell when she did "Karma." I thought Vonzell was MUCH better from when she was on AI4. She also looked really pretty, she was in a green dress. I thought her first song was good, but her second song, "I Have Nothing", was by far her best. She hit the high notes PERFECTLY and it just sounded so good. She got a great response from the crowd, and I even heard a guy go "Yeah Vonzell!", and I cheered for her a few times too. She then did "Best of My Love" which was good, but it got me kinda confused because I heard backsingers but didnt see them. I think that they recorded Vonzell doing backup and they played the backup, but im not sure. Anyway, I thought that Best of My Love was also good, and I liked when she said "I know you want the best of my love!" I found that cute. Then she did "I'm Every Woman" which I though was good, but I liked her "I Have Nothing" the best. Vonzell then introduced Anthony, who let me just say, was EXCELLENT. I think he was second best (Carrie was first, lol) Anyway his first song was Everytime You Go Away which I was actually singing along to. A lot of people were singing along to it, actually. I thought that he did Everytime You Go Away very good, then he did a song he didnt do on AI4 called Can You Stop The Rain, which I also though was REALLY good, but his last song, "I've Got You", which I think he sang during the semis, was AWESOME. Everyone got up and clapped their hands and danced a little bit. He got a MASSIVE response from the audience, and he looked like he was about to cry with all of the response he was getting, he just kept saying "Thank you, I love you guys." Then Bo came out who I thought was also really good, his first song was "I Don't Want to Be", which was EXCELLENT. Then he talked for a little bit and I thought he was really funny, he was like "All of you cats are really great, I gotta thank you cats for voting for us, you guys RULE!!!" Then he did "Vehicle" which was really good and people were singing along, and then he mentioned that some kid who had met him before the show sang Vehicle, and Bo said that he thought that he sang it well. Then he sang "Sweet Home Alabama", which I thought was EXCELLENT, EVERYONE was singing along. Then he introuded Carrie and I got really excited, she did Sin Wagon first which I thought was really good. She, like Anthony, got a MASSIVE response from the crowd. Then she did Independence Day, which I thought was AWESOME, and the best part was Carrie waved to me Then she did Alone, which OMG, it was so good, words can't even describe it! It was just AWESOME, she just did it perfectly! After Alone I screamed I LOVE YOU CARRIE!!!!" Then she did Inside Your Heaven, and at the end of it all of the idols came out and sang it. Then the lights went out and the acted like it was over, but it wasnt. However, a lot of people left. When they came back, Carrie and Bo did a Bless the Broken Road duet which I thought was soooo good, Carrie and Bo sound so good together. Then everyone came out and did "Lean on Me" which I thought was verrrrrry good, and then they did Rock in the USA, which was good but we left halfway through it cause we wanted to get a good spot at the buses, cause we planned on meeting them there. The security guard told us Lot 21 so thats where we went, and then they made us stand behind a yellow baracade thing. It filled up, and after waiting an hour, we started to get impatient. Then the security guards told us that the idols had left another way, but their buses were still there, so we didnt believe them. Then they said "They took a limo." And we were like yeah right, so we stayed there. We werent the only ones who stayed there, either. Well, after a half hour, Nadia came out and she was about to sign an autograph, but security pushed her away from us. So then, Scott, Constantine, and someone else came out, and by this time it was like midnight, and they supposedly were trying to talk the security guards into coming out and singing, but security wouldnt let them. Then they pulled out two buses, went into the garage thingy, and came out with the idols in the buses So yeah, all we got to do was wave to them, so we bascically wasted two hours of our lives standing there and waiting for them. Although I was disapoined I didnt meet them I still had an AWESOME time, and if you get the chance to go, GO!!!! For those of you going, I warn you: if the idols dont come out in an hour, their not coming out
