There is a way to decode the DVD. It is hard, but can be done.

We don't know yet, it hasn't been announced.

I really do love that cover art and I hope they don't change it for Region 1.

It will probably be thinner in the US release, UK throw in many subtitle tracks...making the need for more discs.

It hasen't been announced yet. It will likley look the same. I really like the coverart.
