The Wedding Planners

Starring Kelly Preston, Lara Flynn Boyle, and Debra Messing as three single Chicago wedding planners who have little or no luck with men and marriage. Kelly Preston plays Liz Sanders, a divorced-and-single woman in her early 40s, who wants to remarry someday in the near future. Lara Flynn Boyle plays Trish Alexander, a twice-engaged-never-married woman who fears commitment yet wants to have a wedding of her own someday. Debra Messing plays Brooke Bradley, a never-engaged-nor-married woman who falls for unavailable men or "Mr. Wrong". Liz, Trish, and Brooke happily plan weddings for tons of engaged couples. The wedding planners are suggested to have a financial advisior on hand (to add up the expenses and give financial advice obviously). Paul Rudd plays Mike Lancaster, the women's financial advisor. The women's wedding planning agency contains of the three girls, Mike, and "The Wedding Guru". Delta Burke plays "The Wedding Guru" (a.k.a. Olivia Dubois), an eight-time-divorcee who loves weddings yet loves divorce and prenuptials just as much.
