Where'd you get that from? For one thing, season two would be part of the Rewind Collection, so it wouldn't be two separate releases. Also, if it were coming out, the release date would be November 1. Season 2 hasn't been officially announced and there's no listing on amazon.com. Sadly, they did not sell enough of the first season to justify releasing more.

I remember Melissa Joan Hart talking about this in a post on her website and she said the sales for Season 1 where really dissappointing and that Season 2 would not be released.
