I have an old atlas and it shows a lot of small towns with weird names in the United States. Here are just a few.

Punkydoodles Corners ont Can...Dont look for it, the " Welcome to..," signs were all being stolenby souvenir hunters, eventually they just stopped trying ...the longest time they managed to keep one up was about a week!

Lol, those are amusing. Theres a town near me called Wagga- Wagga, which everyone nicknamed Woop-Woop because its in the middle of nowhere and about 20 days out of civilisation
