Default Marathon

Beginning July 23 there is going to be a 48 hour marathon of Good Times on TV Land. How many of you are going to watch? I've always loved this show.

I don't about this. I probably might not watch, seeing as now my local WCIU Ch. 26 Chicago station is now showing Godd Times on the weekends. But then again, maybe. If you're looking for original logos and/or unscrunched credits and no time compression, then I wouldn't really watch the TV Land marathon, but I'm watching Good Times nonetheless.

(End of the Good Times theme) Ain't we lucky we got 'em! Good tiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiimes!)

If I have cable, I still WON'T watch Good Times.

I have the first four seasons on DVD.

I can watch Good Times in my own time.

If I have a show on DVD, i won't watch them on regular tv.

I'll be watching on Sunday for the season 5 and 6 eps not yet on dvd, but I'll still watch the show even when it moves into its regular time slot after the marathon.

Amen to that, RetroTVCollector!

I used to care about Bonanza a long time, but now that TV Land is overplaying Bonanza, like they are w/ Andy Griffith, at least it'll look like almost all the Norman Lear shows will be in full force. That is if they also get back Maude, The Jeffersons, and One Day at a Time (which I didn't know that Norman Lear even created that show).

For some reason, I get a feeling that they won't show season 5 and 6 episodes.

Thank you so much for that. I should've realized that there wouldn't be a marathon without at least the finale in it.
