I see the producers were running out of ideas of what to do with Mork. I was reading a 1980 TV Guide and for the first episode of the 1980-81 season, I saw that Mork had a short haircut, a 9 to 5 job, and a new suit. What was the reason for this?-lol I never saw any eps with Mork having a short Haircut and ot of the Alien suit. How were these eps when the Mork character was changed to a regular guy?

from what I remember, he wasn't so much a "normal guy" - it was just a way to put Mork in new and different situations (probably because they were running out of ideas)

the haircut was probably because Robin did Popeye during that summer and his hair probably hadn't grown back out yet.
