Recently Completed Mary and Friends on TVLAND - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Any comments on the recently completed marathon on TVLAND? I could have done without the AWFUL Betty White Show. Is this like one of the worst sitcoms of all time or what? Phyllis wasn't bad. Rhoda's wedding was funny. I found it interesting that Ted Knight was not in the "Rhoda's wedding" episode, nor was Sue Ann. It was nice to see Lou and Murray there.

I'm glad MTM is back on full-time on TVLAND. You can only watch so much M*A*S*H !!!!

I thought that The Betty White Show was pretty bad. It was definatly the worst MTM spin-off, and I think that it was a bad idea, even though a Tv show inside a Tv show sounded pretty good. Phyllis was really funny, I thought that Cloris did really well. I liked Leonard Marsh the best. Rhoda was the best MTM spin-off.
