Do we ever see her or is she just like Lars. She always "has the flu" and can't make it to Mary's partys.

Yes, we did see Murray's wife, Marie. It is true, she did miss out on a lot of Mary's parties. (Lucky her! LOL J/k) But you can see her in a number of episodes, including, "A Son For Murray," "The Slaughter Affair" and several others.
