Does anyone know if the house in which Mary's apartment was that they filmed for the show really exists? If so do you know the address in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Yes, the house really exists. I have been there and have pictures of the exterior. The address is 2104 Kenwood Parkway, Minneapolis. It is very near the lake that MTM walks by in the opening.
