Default This Board is Horrible Now. And it's because

No one on here talks about the show. The 4th season DVD came out and there has still been no episode discussion. Just stupid role plays, How can i get Janet and Jack in my avatar, I'm going on vacation, How John Ritter died, and should Janet have married. Never Never ever any discussion about the show like in 2002-lol

Three's Company is probably my favorite sitcom but I rarely ever post on this board. I don't have a reason why, I just don't post on many individual show boards aside from Good Times. Maybe people have seen all the episodes so much it's not a lot to talk about concerning the show.

But everything that's talked about on this board, all has to do with Three's Company, so it's not like if it's off topic or something.

I agree with you 100% Retro. I want to talk about this show a lot, but all I see is this apple, syrupy, corny fantasy s hit about Three's Company, not enough about the show. A few days ago, I had to bump my thread about asking everyone if Mr. Furley would have been good with camera mugs like Roper. It was a 2 month old thread that got 1 response. I felt it was a good thread and should have had lots more responses, that's why I bumped it back up. Seriously, people should talk about the show and leave that other garbage alone. But if you come to this board with stuff about the show I'll discuss it with you. I don't come to SO like I use to, but I view it everyday.

I honestly thought when the 4th season was released, there would be more discussion about the show since 86% of us on here never had a chance to see the eps UNCUT. But still no discussion. And i guess that role play thing is something for preteens or teenagers because I just don;t have a feel for it.

I'll have to agree with you somewhat...although I do enjoy doing the roleplays, I do like episode discussion too...I just think that a lot of it has already been discussed already...hmm, maybe I'll go find a thread or two to bump up

All of those things, except going on vacation, are relevant to the show. John Ritter's death is relevant to the show because John played a character in the show. Why are you so upset over this anyway? It's a message board, so people post what they want to talk about. If you want to talk about episodes, then starting posting episode discussions! Other people on this board can't read your mind and do it for you. If you don't like the roleplays and some of the other topics, then don't read them! If you want to talk about what your most interested in, then it's up to you to start those topics.

I never do the RP's but I like doing fanfics. You know Solomon, being creative is part of life. I would like to talk more about the show's DVD's, like in my official season five thread. I even attempted to relive it the other day, but no one seems to care about it. But seriously, leave these guys alone.

Just like me, they're teens and have alot to say, and message boards like this one help them to express their innermost feelings. We're confidants beside. We all stick together. I would like it though if we talked more about the DVDs and such.

Yeah I agree. Since I am a teenager I do have a lot to say. Seeing that none of my friends like TC it's nice to have a board to talk about it. And so what if sometimes we don't post anything about TC? It's a free world, and if we want to make threads that don't invovle TC (which we hardly do) then we can.

That's why it's a Three's Company message board, so that we can post things about the show!

I know, but what I'm saying is that it's not the end of the world if all of our threads isn't about TC.

It's not the end of the world, but if this is a Three's Company message board then this is where the show should be discussed. If you want to post off topic things, there's a thread in the random chit chat board for that. I'm not saying that you can't post a thread about how you're going to be gone for a few days from the boards or anything like that, I'm just saying that this is a board created specifically for discussing the show and everything that relates to it, and there shouldn't be just random threads about things that don't relate to the show (which by your last post you implied that that would be okay because it's a free country). Just trying to make a point, that's all.
