eye feel this needs to be done - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

it's been three long years since krystal lake updated that logo, and all during these entire three years, i have been intensely bothered by the fact that she forgot to outline the red guy's eyes. i cannot possibly tell you how many times i have looked at the eyes and fantasized going over them with a wider drawing tool to make them as thick as the other guy's.

i also find the gray spots around the text to be a little irritating, as well as the broken stem of the dotted note on the right side of the music board logo, but the red guy's eyes, i believe, is the only thing that really needs to be changed.

this evening as eye waited for the chit chat page to load, staring at the guy's eyes for the 745 thousandth time wishing they were outlined, i had had enough. i had gone every single day of my life between ages 12 and 16 having to look at his annoying eyes. i went ahead and outlined them myself.

i feel that a more even logo would be more suitable than this incomplete one. each guy is getting his right to be fully outlined. thank you and may the force be with you.

Or I could just change it to THIS little chestnut I've been keeping around...just in case.

I made this logo YEARS ago - it was one of the first I did [aside from the original Game Shows logo]. I'd like to think I've improved just a tad since then

I've always thought there was too much empty space in the Chit Chat logo...plus Red's case of Jaundice (yellow eyes)...plus Blue's overly active...erm tear ducts (the blue eyes)...were getting a bit bothersome, and needed treatment.

It's bugged me for the past 3 years how the blue guy's head is cut off a little at the border right there in the back of his head...But the red guy's head is still intact.

i've noticed that too. their chins are also different. the blue guy's is pretty much just a black line and the red guy's is rounder.

Wow - I have never even looked closely at those guys before. I just glance at it long enough to see "Chit Chat" and that's it.
