Drool I need guy advice

Only a few of you know the details of my crush, Darryl, but basically we've talked a few times.. just stupid small lil jokes and such when we're working. Those are all fine and peachy, but I want to have a semi-real convo, where I get to know him better. I want to do this though, without acting like Im not interested in him like that, even though I am -.-. I mean, I dont want him to think I DONT like him, but I also dont want to come across as really liking him, in case he doesnt-- itll save me some humiliation. I usually only see him in the aisles when Im walking around putting stuff back, so I dont want to be like.. sooo whens your birthday, how long youve been here, etc.. I dont want it to seem as desperate? All I got so far is "hey, whats up?" -.-

Talk about any random thing the next time you see him. Those kinda things really do strike up semi-real conversations!

Talk about the job. That's one thing you have in common, right?

Guys aren't that complicated. We don't mind when women approach us and start a conversation.

UGH I always do that. Make it seem like I hate the guy and don't give a **** about him when I'm really infatuated with him. And I don't even mean to do that.

We do, but we work in different departments which makes it kinda harder for me. If he worked right with me itd be a lot easier.

Whoa... scary... you JUST described me!!! I totally relate with you. Want to be nosy and desperately know the "facts" but not want to show the desperateness towards the guy. That's just like me!!

In fact, I couldn't give any tips because I have failed myself and have made myself appear quite nosy.

Any tips from the guys out there?

What departments do you guys work at?

It might be possible for you guys to interact more...I work at concession and Anthony works floor, but we get to see each other a lot.

When you're doing returns, drop and break a bottle of ketchup or something else really messy. That'll get his attention.

CLEAN UP IN AISLE 3, AND CRYSTAL NEEDS HELP WITH HER SHYNESS WITH DARRYL TOO.

Kidding, is there a place that employess have lunch? It might be easier to start a conversation without the pressure of working.
