Default Mid-80s Entertainment: The debate between ABC/Underground music & NBC/MTV

Well excuse me for interrupting us funny people, my ABC/Underground music alliance had great entertainment, but it has lack a little bit of fame at the time.

Where was Three's Company's Richard Kline?

Where was Bosom Buddies's Wendie Jo Sperber?

Where was The Dead Kennedys?

Where was Vega$'s Robert Urich?

And where and the blue hell were my all-time favorite band, "The BAD BRAINS"?

Absolutely nowhere in hollywood.

You wanna know why? It was all because of the critics.

But I don't really give a damn. Those bands & shows were entertaining at the time. And the stars were great.

So that means my pick will be in fact the ABC/Underground music alliance.

actually, Wendie Jo Sperber was in Back To The Future with "overrated NBC star" Michael J. Fox back in the 1985.

I was born and bred on NBC, I did however like Who's The Boss and later Roseanne as a kid watching ABC though.

Was she as popular as "overrated NBC star" Michael J. Fox, or was she popular as Justine Bateman? ugh no way.

And did you know there was an NBC show that was in fact dead in 1985 in February?

Well it does have Justine's little brother Jason in it.

I don't know. I didn't watch much TV in 1985. Plus I'm not a big fan of 80s TV.

80's tv was the best for sitcoms. Even the best 90's comedies, such as Seinfeld and The Simpsons, had their beginnings in the 1980's (as the first episode for each aired in 1989 before expanding in 1990)

Exactly!

Where was ABC's Webster in 1985?

Where was ABC's Mr. Belvedere in 1985?

Where was ABC's Three's Company (or A Crowd) in 1985?

Where was ABC's Spenser: For Hire in 1985?
