Smile The Keaton Family

Ok The Keatons are alright people but I did see some flaws in them. First I think Elyse was too cranky of a mother, and Steven was probably a better parent but could be goofy but was nicer than Elyse. Alex was too smart alleck for his own good, Mallory was too quiet, and Andy was too annoying and childish.

Jennifer could have had flaws too but I think she was the sensible one in the family. These are just my opnions.

Also another thing the hose the lived in is way too small. Also Alex is too money pinching too for his own good. He needs some good displine and Elsye needs to learn how to be a nice mother. Mallory shouldlearn tohave more of a personality, and Andy just needs some sending to his room once in awhile.

I agree that sometimes Alex was a little too smart allecky, but all in all, I think they were a pretty good family. They were meant to be funny, not necessarily good people.

I thought Steven, when he'd get upset and nervous displayed by far the funniest clips and best acting on the show.

Alex was the backbone, but let's admit the never ending references to money and politics was overplayed and worn out.

Nick was a good fit.

I thought Mal was solid at times and boring at times.

Jen,got better when she got older, and had more chances to fit into storylines. The show where she was trying to get in with the cool crowd was a classic.

Well families aren't perfect. I think all of them were great and I like all of their personalities. Guess what? My sister's name is Mallory and she acts just like Mallory! It's really scary!!! LOL!

I think that Alex was a bit of a smart alleck, but I guess that is why I like him. And Mallory was an idiot.

I've been watching the first season episodes lately and I realized that the family was a lot better in the beginning. Alex wasn't obsessed with money and Mallory wasn't stupid.

They all have their flaws, , but that's what makes the show . If they were all perfect, it would be .

I think Elyse was a wonderful mother. Sure, she got annoyed at times, but what mother doesn't. She was involved in her children's lives and was very loving and compassionate.

Sheesh! I'd hate to hear what you'd say about my house -- I think the whole first floor would fit in the Keaton's kitchen.
