Default I'm a new Fan of the show and just would like to know what everyone thinks of......

Darlene's Boyfriend David? He appears to be a little weird to me. Especially the way he walks around with both hands in his pocket and his head down-LOL Even Dan called David Slow in tOnight's episode. Was Darlene with David because she knew she could CONTROL him?

Darlene was with David because he complimented her artistic personality. It was through working on their comic books when she found out she loved him. Notice Darlene tried to control everyone and did, except Roseanne. Darlene dumped David in the 7th season to explore a new relationship, but she couldn't connect or open up to anyone else.... they eventually got back together.

I haven't see that episode when he gets dumped. Let me ask you this, did David Cry?-lol

He Often Made Up Stories About His Girlfriends (Even Though He Didn't Have Any) To Try Make Darlene Jelous And Even Tryed To Ruin Her Relationship With Jimmy. On The Reason Why He Is So Shy Because In His Earlier Episodes Is Mom Was Very "Bad". She Yelled At Him And Made Fun Of Him And Pretty Much Mocked Him So I Guess He Was Just Getting Used To The Conners.

Yes. If memory serves, there is one episode that opens with David whining and crying in the garage, and Dan is very uncomfortable with it.

I just love David. He suited Darlene perfectly. His ways rubbed off on her towards the end. She didn't change her ways 100%, but love made her a little "softer".

Even though David was weak & easily pushed around, he seemed like a really cool guy with a good heart. I sorta feel bad for him though, his brother always bullying him & then there's his parents who never really cared for them.
